4WD TV: RUBY GAP ADVENTURE Episode 4
You all saw how hard it was to get into Ruby Gap, now it’s time for us to leave and tackle the same soft sand and challenges but in the opposite direction! This week on YOUR4X4 we are breaking camp and sadly leaving the stunning Ruby Gap but it’s an absolute oasis that awaits us as we pass through the eye opening Arltunga Historic Reserve and head for the refreshing respite and open welcome of Hale River Homestead.
There’s a temporary departure as one of our group heads off to Alice for repairs, there’s an impromptu ‘lock up’ as we test the gaol cell at the restored Outback Police Station and an open bar, home cooked meals, steep 4×4 tracks, stock horse action and a good old country welcome as we hit the Hale River Homestead.
Join Simon and the convoy as we continue exploring the East MacDonnell Ranges, experiencing the best the Red Centre has to offer and sampling the hot spots that make this region a must see for any off road adventurer!
